The Silencio crew left Rancho Margot yesterday afternoon and began their journey to their new home for the next week. Upon arrival, they were greeted with welcoming smiles and an ice cream party. Continuing in the spirit of the first Silencio group, they jumped right into a game of volleyball with their Tico friends before heading to bed. The sun shone all day today which meant the perfect weather for mixing cement! The students dove right into work and put in a strong first day on the construction site and at the school teaching English. After a full day of work, it’s time to relax together as a group and spend time getting to know the local people. Tomorrow will be here soon!
